Employer Branding Campaign to Drive Employee Engagement

Story

SingPost’s “Connecting All” Campaign is set to drive all SingPost’s local and international teams to engage with fellow colleagues through a newly developed Corporate Intranet app, named SPhere, a digital platform for internal communications.

The hybrid workplace, with its marrying of both office life and remote working, offers an exciting future for employees. However, employees might feel disengaged and isolated from others as they adapt to this new world.

In a push to keep employees connected during the pandemic, we helped our Client ask their fellow team members: What does it mean to feel connected at work?

To create a comprehensive Internal Communications Strategy to drive awareness for the launch of Corporate Intranet and boost Employee Morale.

Our Approach and Impact

The Campaign Has Led to Enhanced Awareness of the Intranet Among Employees

While technology cannot replace actual human interaction, “Connecting All” aims to rally the collective SingPost spirit by bringing all staff members together to help each other through the difficult time of the pandemic.

The agency is tasked to create a comprehensive Internal Communications Strategy to drive awareness for the launch of Corporate Intranet, SPhere, and boost employee morale through the rolling out of communication materials and engagement tactics.

This internal communication campaign includes the design and conceptualisation of key campaign visuals, supported by a combination of photography and illustrations. The agency also developed communication materials such as staff guide book, corporate swag kit, emailers, and contest posters.

The campaign culminated to a video featuring 5 of their exemplary staff members of different backgrounds, giving their personal accounts of what it means to be connected. It is our hope that through the campaign, it had led to an increase in awareness of the newly launched Intranet among employees, and the improvement of overall internal communication during the pandemic.
